mark kromer Mark Kromer is a PMP certified sometimes product, program and project manager with over 16 years of experience in the information technology field, starting as a software programmer at Dun & Bradstreet, developing internal products for customer billing and credit report validation. After 7 years in the developer side of the SDLC, Mark completed his college degree work in software engineering and moved into systems analysis and project management at AT&T, working with product realization to release internal products that drove efficiencies in AT&T wireless network operations. At Agilent Technologies, the spin-off test & measurements division of HP, Mark designed and helped take to market 2 network services products for telecommunciations carriers that provides change control and scalable network monitoring. He then spent 3 years in product management at Microsoft Corporation where he was the lead product manager for business intelligence industry-specific products that provided business domain data marts, schemas and packaged BI solutions, brining to market MEC (Microsoft Enterprise Cube) for customers such as AT&T and Samsung. Since late 2008, Mark has been the principal product manager for Oracle's enterprise  project portfolio managament products (EPPM), focusing on new product developement and bringing to market new EPPM products.

Mark started TEchProdo.com in late 2008 as a way to create one-stop-shopping for other technology PMs. The objective & mission of TechProdo.com is to provide a free-of-charge community site where technology PMs can interact, share best practices, share ideas and improve our industries and make our jobs more efficient, effective and enjoyable.
